In the eerie darkness, the cries of a little girl pierce through the silence. Kenichi jolts awake, drenched in sweat. It’s a nightmare, the same recurring one. Kenichi heads to the balcony to catch the breaking sunrise. He’s grateful for it, grateful for a new day. Kenichi is a man of few words, and even fewer friends. He lives in an unfurnished room, save for a simple sofa and a bed.

Having learnt that Christine got mixed up with people from the Dark Web, Panda and Kenichi carry out a series of investigations. They discover that Zeus is heavily involved in criminal activities, and his real identity is shrouded in mystery. Panda speculates that Zeus took control of the CCTV system to prevent the police from making contact with Liao Sa. Panda hacks into the police network and regains control of the CCTV system.

Panda and Kenichi mourn Ryota’s demise. Panda wonders why Kenichi has chosen to stay away from the gang. What about revenge? Kenichi thinks revenge is futile and will not bring Su Xin back. Kenichi simply wants peace. Kenichi often has clear, vivid dreams of Su Xin. To his surprise, one day, Kenichi meets someone who resembles Su Xin greatly. 两人都对凉太的死感到惋惜。Panda 好奇建一为什么不重出江湖，建一认为就算报仇了，素心也不会复活，他只想要现在的宁静。建一经常梦见素心。在梦里，他回到了当时二人如何相识相认的情景。

A nervous-looking young woman enters Singapore via ferry. At the ferry terminal, she suddenly convulses and dies. Adele, accompanied by forensic experts, investigates. They conclude that the victim, Indah, suffered a drug overdose. Adele speculates that Indah might have been a drug mule. Panda hears about the drug mule case and informs Kenichi. Panda suspects the case is connected to Zeus.

Shun Da delivers Retno and Panda to Mdm Kun’s warehouse. Mdm Kun wants Panda to reveal the Vigilante’s identity in exchange for Retno’s life. Forced with no choice, Panda reveals Kenichi’s name. Mdm Kun and Kenichi are in the same truck. The two spar on the vehicle but are evenly matched. Mdm Kun tells Kenichi that the drugs in Retno will kill her within 15 minutes. If he wants to save Retno, he’d better rush back to the warehouse.

A TV news report highlights a recent chain of murders in Japan. The suspect, dubbed “Rose Killer”, has claimed 4 victims and leaves behind a blue-white rose each time. Adele is shocked and suspects the murders are related to the Vigilante. According to the Japanese police, the victims all have connections to the Yamaguchi group and their deaths might have been ordered assassinations. 一则新闻报告开出，日本连续发生了4起连环杀人案，凶手被称为“玫瑰杀手”，因行凶后都会在现场留下蓝白玫瑰花。

To lure Zeus out, Kenichi sets a trap. He gets Ken to apologize to Zeus on the Dark Web. Zeus responds but refuses to accept Ken’s apology. Panda takes the opportunity to locate Zeus via his IP address. Zeus gives a fake IP address to lure them to the Keong Saik area. He suspects Zeus must have laid a trap there. Panda immediately tries to notify Kenichi but suddenly, all his monitors suddenly turn black.

Ke Qiang is due to leave Singapore tonight but wants to bid a final farewell to Biao. Biao cannot fathom why his precious son has chosen a life of crime. Biao pleads Ke Qiang to stay and change, but Ke Qiang is unremorseful. Ke Qiang leaves the room, only to face Adele and a big group of policemen. Ke Qiang has no choice but to surrender. 克强今晚就会离开新加坡，他是来向标叔道歉和道别。标叔从没想过自己的宝贝儿子会是个犯罪集团首脑。克强不顾劝告离开病房，但房外已被Adele和一群警方指着抢包围。克强无计可施，只好投降。

Kenichi, Panda and Angela discuss the rape case. Kenichi believes there must be a common link between all 3 victims – they just haven’t spotted it yet. Kenichi, Panda and Angela explore Yishun for clues and soon find the link. All 3 victims live in an area with just one bus service. Kenichi thinks the rapist must have noticed the victims on the bus, when they all used the same bus service. 建一，Panda和Angela讨论案情。

Adele arrives at Xu Zhen’s house to investigate his death. She’s shocked to find a blue-white rose. Adele visits Biao and discusses Xu Zhen’s case with him. She suspects the Japanese killer has come to Singapore and is after the Vigilante. Adele also thinks the Vigilante has more than 1 accomplice.
