Yue Xiang Lou is a famous traditional teahouse in the 90s with strong Cantonese influence and booming business, with its specialty "Kai Kou Xiao" Char Siu Pau made by founder Yue Da Zhong especially popular. In 2018, when Da Zhong's grandson Wen Guang returned from America, he sees that the teahouse had changed its name to Yue Xiang Lou (a different Yue from the signboard 21 years ago), and its business suffered as the dim sum...

Wen Guang realises the many problems Yue Xiang Lou has and decides to reform the teahouse, but instead got into a quarrel with Tian Hua. Wen Guang goes on a food recce and was attracted by Gang Sheng's Teppanyaki. They hit it off well talking about food, when Gang Sheng commented that he missed "Kai Kou Xiao" Char Siu Pau in Yue Xiang Lou the most. Wen Guang did not reveal his identity. 文广发现《越香楼》有许多问题，决定改革，却和天华吵起来。文广四处考察，来到港生的餐馆，被他所做的"铁板烧"所吸引。。。

Wen Guang decides to invite back the previous dim sum chef Liang Gui, but was strongly protested by Tian Hua. He learnt that Liang Gui betrayed Yue Xiang Lou during its heyday, when he sold the teahouse's secret recipe to a Hong Kong company over his gambling debts, and crossed over with the entire kitchen team. This angered Yue Da Zhong who suffered a heart attack, and dealt a strong blow to the teahouse, causing the downfall of Yue Xiang Lou...

Liang Gui was in shock when he walked past Wen Guang and glimpsed a corner of the old signboard revealing the "Yue" before name change. Coupled with Wen Guang's side profile that resembled Da Zhong, Liang Gui fell into a frantic state thinking Da Zhong is back to seek revenge. Wen Guang goes for a massage and realised Na La's massage technique is similar to how his grandfather makes dim sum. 梁贵与揹着牌匾的文广错身而过，他看到牌匾一角露出部分"粤"字，脸色大变，又发现文广的侧脸很像大中...

Xiao Li, who is a massage lady, was unable to pay rent and was chased out of her rental house. She approached Na La to take her in but was rejected, however Liang Gui took it upon himself and took Na La in. Na la made Xiao Li agree on the conditions for staying, to behave and dress appropriately and not allow Liang Gui to cook for her, which puzzled Xiao Li. 按摩女郎萧丽没有钱付房租，被房东赶出来，要求娜拉收留，娜拉没有答应。但梁贵自作主张，收留萧丽。娜拉与她约法三章，除了要她行为检点，注意穿着之外，也不准她让梁贵煮东西给她吃...

Na La chanced upon a keychain she gave to her childhood friend, Le Le when giving Gang Sheng a massage. She tried to ask about the keychain, and eventually found out that Gang Sheng is Le Le, but she did not reveal her identity. After Gang Sheng left, Na La was overjoyed as she took out the letters from Gang Sheng to reminisce the past. 娜拉为港生推拿，看见港生的钥匙扣，竟是自己小时候送给玩伴乐乐的生日礼物。娜拉探问之下，确定港生就是乐乐，但她没有表明身份。港生走后，娜拉内心激动不已，找出当年和港生的来往信件，回忆往事。

Na La saw Wen Guang and Kimberly's parents engaging in a happy conversation while helping Zhen Jie to deliver seafood to a private banquet. When the private chef had to leave to settle urgent matters, Na La helped to make a dim sum dish given the time constraints, and it tasted the same as the classic Yue Xiang Lou dim sum of the past. Wen Guang tried to look for the chef, but Na La had already left. 娜拉帮珍姐送海味到私人宴会场给朋友，发现文广和Kimberly的父母相谈甚欢。...

Xiao Li is curious about Liang Gui's identity as a master chef, and goads him into showing off his cooking skills. Liang Gui fall for her trick but eventually failed, and ended up packing food from restaurant to pass off as his own. Xiao Li exposes his lie, Liang Gui could not accept and ran away. 萧丽对梁贵的大厨身份感到好奇，以激将法怂恿他再显身手。梁贵中计，架势十足地准备起来，但最后却失败收场，只好到煮炒档买回来，对萧丽谎称全部是他自己煮的。萧丽戳破他的谎言，梁贵无法相信，发狂地跑掉。

Wen Guang bumped into a drunk Liang Gui as he follows the address Xiao Li gave him. Liang Gui mistook Wen Guang for Dazhong and keeps apologizing, when Na La rushed over coaxing her father to go home. It was then Wen Guang learnt that Liang Gui is Na La's father and his childhood playmate Huan Huan, but Na La was nonchalant. 文广拿着萧丽给他的地址，来到梁贵家楼下，遇到醉醺醺的梁贵。文广认出他，梁贵却误将文广当成大中，对着文广认错。娜拉匆匆赶来，把父亲哄回家。文广才知娜拉是梁贵的女儿，也是自己小时候的玩伴欢欢，但娜拉反应冷淡。

Zhen Jie was giving Liang Gui a massage when Tian Hua, who is injured also coincidentally showed up. Wen Guang tried to prevent Tian Hua from bumping into Liang Gui but failed. He then collaborated with Na La to prevent them from seeing each other. Unexpectedly, both Tian Hua and Liang Gui bumped into each other at the toilet, and started bickering away, separated only by a door. When both of them are about to meet face to face, Zhen Jie ...

Wen Guang feels regretful as he did not manage to learn his grandfather's dim sum making skills, having been brought away by his mother since young. He blames Tian Hua for not taking the opportunity to learn well, resulting in the current state of business for the teahouse. Ming Sao revealed that Tian Hua actually wanted to learn, but did not have the talent, resulting in frequent criticism from Da Zhong ...

A white hair lady came looking for Wen Guang but he was not around. Xiao Li was humming the dim sum song while working, when the white hair lady commented that the way she sings is wrong. Xiao Li challenged her, attracting everyone to her singing. It turns out the white hair lady is Wen Guang's mother, Feng Zhu, also the "dim sum flower" of the teahouse in the past. Feng Zhu asks Wen Guang to sell off his shares of the teahouse, Wen Guang refuse.

Gang Sheng delivers a love bento to Na La and left. Zhen Jie lied that there is an accident nearby and a young man was injured. Upon hearing that, Na La was worried that the injured man might be Gang Sheng, and rushes out to look for him. Gang Sheng saw it all. Gang Sheng passes Na La her favorite childhood drink, and they started to reminisce their childhood. The good feeling they had towards each other is back.

Kimberly's parents are planning a nostalgia dinner for their pearl anniversary, and was persuaded by Kimberly and Feng Zhu to hold the dinner at Yue Xiang Lou. They were looking forward to Yue Xiang Lou's signature dishes of the past, but the main chef, Liang Ge responded by saying he did not know how to cook those dishes. Feng Zhu was disappointed that the recipe and skills was lost.

With the help of Na La, the classic, delicious dishes of Yue Xiang Lou is being served once again. Especially the "smiling" Char Siu Pau earned special praises from the guests. Tian Hua realised the Char Siu Pau Na La made taste exactly the same as in the past. He started to suspect Na La's identity. Wen Guang is thankful for Na La's help and invites her to join Yue Xiang Lou again, but Na La refuse. 在娜拉帮忙下，《粤香楼》重现当年经典美味，尤其是"开口笑"叉烧包，更是受到众宾客的赞赏。

Tian Hua bumps into Liang Gui and gets into a fight with him. As a result, Na La could not help out in Yue Xiang Lou, and Wen Guang was disappointed. Na La feels upset, and she tells Wen Guang that unless he has ways to make Tian Hua forgives Liang Gui, and Liang Gui is no longer afraid and guilty whenever he hears Yue Xiang Lou's name, only then will it be possible for her to help out in Yue Xiang Lou...

Na La suggests teaching Wen Guang the skills of dim sum making. Kimberly came to visit, and was jealous when she saw Wen Guang and and Na La having a good time learning to make dim sums. She finally decided to confront Na La about the uneasiness she feels when Na La sees Wen Guang everyday. Wen Guang was unhappy with Kimberly for not supporting his career, Kimberly proposes a break-up. 娜拉建议把手艺传授给文广，两人在厨房学做点心，Kimberly来探班，见两人谈笑风生，心里不是味道。。。

Liang Gui bumps into Feng Zhu, but mistakes Feng Zhu for Feng Zhu's mother instead, asking her how Feng Zhu was doing. Feng Zhu was offended and angry that if not for Liang Gui and Tian Hua, Wen Guang and her would not be forced to live overseas for the past years. Liang Gui felt guilty, revealing that he lied to Tian Hua about Wen Guang not being Tian Hua's son at that time as he was emotionally affected, not being able to win Feng Zhu's heart..

Wen Guang finally replaces the new Yue Xiang Lou signboard with the traditional Yue Xiang Lou signboard and begin serving dim sums. Tian Hua cancels his overseas trip with Lu Lu to help out in the opening of Yue Xiang Lou. It was a happy atmosphere during the new opening, when Gang Sheng caught Wen Guang adjusting Na La's collar and did not feel good about it. 文广终于重新挂上《粤香楼》牌匾，售卖点心。天华为了《粤香楼》的开张，取消和陆露的旅行计划。《粤香楼》开张，一片喜气洋洋。。。

Loan sharks showed up at Yue Xiang Lou demanding payment from Liang Ge, destroying tables and chairs. Wen Guang injured himself trying to save Na La, Liang Ge felt immensely guilty. Na La took the opportunity to ask Liang Ge to name the culprit that got Liang Gui addicted to gambling and ended up with a huge debt then. Liang Ge was about to reveal when Tian Hua approaches... 大耳窿和手下到《粤香楼》向亮哥讨债，还大肆破坏茶楼，推倒桌椅。文广为救娜拉而受伤，亮哥非常内疚。娜拉趁机问亮哥当年是谁陷害梁贵染上赌瘾...

Wen Guang was discharged from the hospital. Feng Zhu sees the mess in Tian Hua’s house and decided to move in temporarily to take care of them. Tian Hua tried to reject saying it might be inconvenient as LuLu and Xiao Fang are not at home, but agreed knowing that Feng Zhu will stew soup for them...

Liang Ge proved to Na La that Tian Hua was the one who framed Liang Gui in the past. Na La was shocked. Gang Sheng revealed to Liang Gui that Na La is working in Yue Xiang Lou on purpose. Liang Gui was unhappy that his daughter is working for his enemy Tian Hua and ordered her not to go back to work anymore, otherwise he will disown her, leaving Na La in a dilemma. 文广出院回家，凤珠见天华家一片凌乱，决定留下来暂住，以照顾父子俩。天华以陆露和小芳不在家，不方便为由拒绝，但听说凤珠会炖汤给他们吃，顿时难以抗拒，答应下来。。。

Yue Xiang Lou is holding a thank you dinner, but main chef Na La is nowhere to be found. Feng Zhu suggests canceling the dinner, when Gang Sheng called Wen Guang. Wen Guang asked if they can hold the dinner in Gang Sheng's new restaurant, which Gang Sheng agreed. All the while not knowing this is all part of Gang Sheng's plan which they are falling into. 《粤香楼》举行感谢宴，主厨娜拉却不知所踪，文广如热锅上的蚂蚁。凤珠建议取消感谢宴，刚好港生来电，文广灵机一动，问港生是否可以借出新餐馆举行感谢宴。港生正中下怀，一口答应。。。

When Na La knew about the tricks Gang Sheng did, she cannot accept it. Gang Sheng tried to save their relationship but it was futile, as Na La could not agree with his methods, and felt that Gang Sheng is no longer the Le Le she once knew. Na La finally goes back to Yue Xiang Lou, and with Chinese New Year around the corner, Wen Guang suggests introducing the traditional New Year dishes to revive the teahouse...
