From April, high-powered electric motorcycles may be used on Singapore's roads, in line with efforts to encourage the adoption of cleaner vehicles in the country. As well as a slew of other measures to incentivise the adoption of electric vehicles were announced. This comes after Deputy Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat announced during his Budget speech last month a number of measures to spur electric vehicle (EV) adoption, as well as plans to phase out the use of internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles by 2040. How are drivers seeing this change & how is this going to be useful to the environment ?
