Testing for COVID-19 is being ramped up in Singapore, but only certain groups of people can get tested, like migrant workers, frontline healthcare workers, food delivery riders and taxi drivers. With the virus mutating and potentially being more infectious, should Singapore mass test everyone ? In order to find out, Talking Point heads to Hong Kong to find out how the city rolled out a voluntary mass testing programme aimed at 5 million people. What did it entail ? Back in Singapore, host Diana Ser finds out what will it take for Singapore to mass test and if we can make the process a whole lot easier.
