Water Wally is the Public Utilities Board (PUB) mascot. The water droplet-shaped character was unveiled in 2005 and serves to convey messages to the public about water usage and conservation. In this clip, Yap Kheng Guan, former Director of PUB, explained how Water Wally successfully leverages on the short attention span of schoolchildren during talks and helps to pique their interest in important water-related issues as well.
