Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam said online "race-related attacks" in Singapore shot up in April amid the COVID-19 pandemic. He believes such attacks stemmed from the stress caused by the outbreak. Mr Shanmugam was speaking to CNA's Diana Ser in a special edition of In Conversation, where he touched on the topics such as social policing and xenophobia.
