People in Hong Kong have been snapping up basic necessities from supermarkets, on fears that additional border restrictions - which begins Saturday (Feb 8) - will disrupt supplies. This is despite assurances from the government and suppliers that there is no shortage of essential goods. Roland Lim reports.
